Kris is an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, fitness influencer, and entrepreneur with a lifelong mission to change 100 million lives through health and wellness. He has a personal understanding of the struggles of depression, addictive habits, and balancing a demanding career as an engineer, all while maintaining his health. Through these struggles, Coach Kris has mastered the art of creating a sustainable mental and physical health routine guaranteed to make his mind and body stronger than the excuses and vices that once controlled him. 3. How is payment taken? Is payment upfront, or is it a monthly subscription?
Payment is made through Stripe, a highly secure and safe payment system. Payment is taken automatically every 4 weeks from signing up until the agreed commitment terms.
4. Is there a minimum amount of time you would recommend doing the online coaching?
This entirely depends on you, your goals, and your current position. We can ensure the best progress while building long-term sustainability if you start anywhere between 3-6 months. The minimum commitment period is 3 months, but your journey can last as long as you would like it to.
5. Can I train from home?
Of course, you can! I can create a plan around your preferred location and fit your goals and lifestyle.
6. Is there somewhere I can track my progress and update my measurements?
All progress and measurements are tracked through my app, which you will have on your phone. Everything from progress photos to weekly weigh-ins, sleep, menstrual cycle, diet, motivation, water intake etc, are tracked. That way, I can monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your goals or plans.
7. How often should I exercise per week?
You decide. You tell us how much time per week you have for training and your goal. Then we will make a plan so that exercising fits into your routine in the best possible way.
